Discovering Crypton

What I Learned (and What I Didn't)

Looking back, I nearly made a mistake because I overestimated my own expertise. I can analyze a quote, calculate a TCO, and spot hidden fees from across the room. But I'm not a textile engineer. I don't live in the world of dye lots, abrasion resistance, and polymer coatings. Knowing that boundary—and bringing in people who do—is what saved us.

That's also why I appreciate Crypton's approach. They know they're a performance fabric specialist, and they don't pretend to be everything to everyone. That's rare. I'd rather work with a supplier who admits when they're not the right fit than one who says "yes" to every order.
